Dwayne Johnson (aka The Rock) was born into a family of professional wrestlers on the 2nd of May, 1972. World Wrestling Entertainment. Johnson made his fortune in wrestling into a career on the screen, starring in films such as The Mummy Returns (2001) and Tooth Fairy (2010). One of his most recent films were HBO series Ballers. Additionally He was prominent in Fast & Furious series and Jumanji. Additionally he was the voice of Maui in the Disney movie Moana. The only thing we can say is that we're grateful to have a superstar like The Rock. Dwayne Johnston. Johnston is known for his role as The Rock and an American actor and wrestler, is also a successful businessman. He is a wrestler by birth and is famous through his game. Johnson was born in Hayward California on May 2 1972. Rocky Johnson was his father, and Ata is the mother. Peter Maivia, his maternal grandfather, became famous in the 70s with his role as the High Chief. Johnson was a traveler as a kid with his family and saw his father wrestle in the boxing ring. Johnson was a football player in high school and earned a scholarship for The University of Miami, where the player was a star. The same year, Johnson earned his bachelor in General Studies in physiology and criminology.
